As a former senior executive in the sports industry, I've led transformations that delivered results by combining courage, empathy, and strategic thinking, from restructuring sales teams to drive growth, to launching products into new markets, to mentoring emerging leaders through pivotal career transitions.

I've guided leadership teams through mergers, developed succession plans, and coached managers stepping into bigger roles.

Outside of work, you'll find me hiking with my dogs, golfing, playing pickleball, and travelling. And yes, I proudly wear a Santa hat every December as it never fails to bring a smile!
