The Leader’s Table
Serving The Leaders of Tomorrow
Your emerging talent is about to shape the culture of your organization for the next decade. What if you could equip them with the foundation to lead with emotional intelligence, transparency, thoughtfulness, and genuine presence from day one?
The Leader's Table is designed to do exactly that. Over four months, we develop leaders who understand that their role isn't just to manage tasks, but to serve, support, and strengthen the people they lead. They learn the skills that create thriving teams: self-awareness, honest communication, thoughtful decision-making, and how to wield influence with integrity.
This program invests in your high-potential talent before they inherit old patterns, giving them the tools to lead your organization with confidence, clarity, and heart.
Month 1: Emotional Intelligence (1/2 day)
Before you can lead others, you need to lead yourself. Participants master the fundamentals of self-awareness and self-regulation.
Month 2: Transparency, Thoughtfulness & Presence (Full day)
Great leadership is built on trust, and trust is built on honesty. We teach leaders how to communicate with clarity, give feedback without cruelty, and model the vulnerability that makes teams feel safe to take risks and admit mistakes. Your attention is your most valuable currency as a leader. Participants learn how to be genuinely present with their teams by slowing down, listening deeply, and making decisions that account for the human impact.
Month 3: Managing Influence (1/2 day)
Leadership is influence, and influence is earned. In the final month, participants examine how they wield power, how they advocate for their teams, and how they balance empathy with accountability.
Month 4: Individual Review (30-45 mins)
The program concludes with individualized review calls between participants and their leaders to assess progress and set ongoing commitments.
What Makes This Different
This isn't a crash course because meaningful behaviour change requires time, practice, and accountability.
Time to practice. Four months means your emerging leaders have time to try, fail, adjust, and try again, with guidance and support along the way.
Real skills. Every session includes purpose-driven exercises that participants use immediately with their teams.
Built-in accountability. Participants make public commitments and share their progress.
